SUPPLY CHAIN / OPERATIONS MANAGERS

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes using Eazy Stock.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics BC to manage financial transactions, procurement, and resource planning.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and Jetreports to support decision-making.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the operations team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Reporting directly to the Global Operations Director / COO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent education
- Proven experience in supply chain management / operations management in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics BC, Eazy Stock, Power BI, and Jetreports is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus.
