Service Engineers

For our Dutch headquarters in Maastricht, we are looking for Service engineers.

Your challenges

In this multifaceted position, which includes thorough initial training, you will be part of a team of colleagues and assume responsibility for the after-sales service for our hardness testers. This interesting and wide-ranging role requires good technical knowledge and analytical thinking skills. Following the service operation, you take care of inspection and calibration in accordance with the current ISO and ASTM standards that apply to our products. You act as a point of contact for our customers and maintain close contact with our production and research department in order to discuss product experiences.

The work is mainly carried out in Maastricht.

• Carrying out repairs of high-tech electronic / precision mechanical products.
• Acting as the technical point of contact for people inside and outside the organization.
• Performing software and firmware updates.
• Monitoring service quality and accuracy.
• Ensuring efficient turnaround of work to be carried out.
• Preparing measurement reports and calibration certificates.
• Communicating technical improvements within the organization.
