Regional Sales Managers - China
The persons we are looking for has a proven (sales) track record in the materials testing industry, and are capable of supporting modern sales philosophy, have a strategic mind set and can function independently. Your task would be to create new sales opportunities and also maintain existing sales channels in a dedicated sales territory within China.
The ideal candidates;
- Have a technical/commercial background.
- Will be a energetic person and happy to operate in the detail of day to day sales operations as in implementing the strategic direction of the department.
- Have experience in direct selling of industrial products B2B – new business development i.e. generating sales leads and /or distributors making use of trade directories, personal contacts and the Internet.
- Have, preferably, a proven record in distributor/dealer management; contracts, objective setting, support, measuring
- Understand & speak English (Native: mandarin)
- Preferably: had training in Sales techniques; identifying prospects needs, researching and building open questions to develop wining benefit statements, management of prospect meetings, closing sales.
- Visits potential distributors or prospects, attends occasional trade exhibitions, prepares quotations, processes the sales orders in the company's ERP system.
In this role you will report to, and work closely with the Sales Department Manager in Shanghai as well as the foreign companies Sales Director.
