国内销售经理（Regional Sales Managers）

The persons we are looking for have a proven (sales) track record in the materials testing industry, are capable to support modern sales philosophy, have a strategic mind set and can function independent. Your task would be, to create new sales opportunities and also maintain existing sales channels in a dedicated sales territory within China.
职位要求（The ideal candidate）：
- Has a technical/ commercial background
- Will be a high energy person and be as happy operating in the detail of the day to day sales operations as in implementing the strategic direction of the department.
- Has experience in; direct selling of industrial products B2B – new business development i.e. generating sales leads and / or distributors making use of trade directories, personal contacts and the Internet.
- Has, preferably, a proven record in distributor/ dealer management; Contracts, objective setting, support, measuring
- Understands & speaks English (Native: mandarin)
- Preferably: had training on Sales techniques; identifying prospects needs, researching and building open questions to develop wining benefit statements, management of prospect meetings, closing sales.
- Visits potential distributors or prospects, attends occasional trade exhibitions, prepares quotations, processes the sales orders in the companies ERP system.
In this role you will report to, and work closely with the Sales Department Manager in Shanghai as well as the foreign companies Sales Director.
